RICHARD HILL
PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

 

Rich has worked in his family’s agriculture, mineral, and energy-related business as CFO for more than 13 years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in doubling the company’s land holdings to 25,000+ acres, doubling the livestock operations, and orchestrating a five-year multimillion-dollar expansion of infrastructure on all Hill Family–owned property. Rich’s greatest strengths are long-term planning and capitalizing on industry trends which will help grow CRE8 Development Group. He has proved his ability to take traditional assets and turn them into new businesses and sources of revenue.

With over 30+ years of experience, Stewart has become a well-respected fixture in the Dallas real estate industry. He has been a top-volume real estate broker with Ebby Halliday/Dave Perry Miller & Associates for more than 20 years with over $250M in total-volume sales and has been recognized as a “D Magazine Best Realtor” since 2001. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Stewart has remodeled and sold over a dozen properties in both Dallas and Austin. Stewart is a lifelong resident of Dallas so his knowledge of the local real estate market is unparalleled and has an impressive high-profile client list to match. One of Stewart’s best assets is the ability to discover properties that are not yet available on the open market. JIM DIMARINO
PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS


Jim, a Colorado native, graduated from University of Northern Colorado with his Bachelor of Arts degree. He spent the next 10 years in NYC performing, and working as an event planner/designer owning his own business, “Eventgarde Presents”. During this time he was responsible for many celebrity, fashion, wedding, and corporate events. After moving to Dallas in 2009, Jim worked at KPMG as Associate Director of Practice Operations - Financial Management Practice. He has been very active in the Dallas community, serving as vice chair of the board of trustees for DIFFA Dallas. Jim brings years of experience in project management and has a strong passion for design and construction of new and existing homes.

Since 2001, Joel Greenwald has made a name for himself in the Dallas home-building industry by bringing his expert direction, resilient work ethic, responsive service and creative passion into every one of his projects. Joel is an entrepreneur in his own right by interweaving his development and creative design expertise, producing a seamless experience for his clients with luxury, dream home concepts. Featured on HGTV's 'Curb Appeal,' a show that transforms outdated exterior facades into stunning masterpieces, Joel is currently the Construction Partner with the Cre8 Development Group and owns Grun-Built, a company that creates large-scale commercial concepts, new home constructions and residential remodeling designs. Joel graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with an MBA. In his spare time, Joel enjoys working out and spending time outdoors.

ARIC CRESSEY
PROJECT MANAGER


Aric, originally from Memphis, TN moved to Denton, Texas back in 2012. After moving here, he continued his career as a manager for a major retail company working for them over eight years. Aric decided to make a change and focus on apartment leasing and locating service. Working for a well-known luxury mid-rise located in the Oak Lawn area for three years, he started as their concierge and quickly worked his way up to one of the top-producing leasing consultants while also helping open their second building. Over the course of his time there, he gained valuable skills and experience to carry him into property management and now using those skills into Project Management. One of Aric’s greatest strengths is his willingness to learn and his quest for knowledge.
